Wolverhampton Information and Advice Service (Parent Partnership)
Parents, just to make you aware of the news and info from the Information, Advice and Support Service. We will share some of their latest news here on our school website but for further information and notices regarding forthcoming events, please visit their website.
The Information, Advice and Support Service is a statutory, confidential service for parents and carers of/and children and young people with special educational needs and other disabilities or additional needs. They also offer information, advice and support to children and young people.
Preparing for Adulthood
Moving into adult life is a time of significant change for all young people. For those with additional needs, it can be a particularly difficult time for them and their families. Transition is the term used to describe the process of moving from childhood to adulthood and the planning that takes place.
